Ride - Valley Forge, PA

Not enough riding these days. After a whole week the best I could manage today was an hour+ around the north end of Valley Forge State Park. The flooding continues to get worse and is by far the worst I’ve seen in the years I’ve been riding here. The trails are not bad considering but are muddy in places. Unfortunately, the lack of maintenance is beginning to show now especially where riders are widening the trail to get around patches of mud. SaMuk performs well in all conditions. I need to raise the handle bars to see if I can eliminate the numbness I sometimes get in my hands.
