Ride - Marsh Creeek State Park - nw trails

Good midweek ride for an hour or so at Marsh Creek. I went up on the norther trails for a change of pace. The trails here are more varied with some nearer the lake being quite rocky, those on the other sidde flat and smooth and a mixture in between. The trails are pretty dry which makes for a pleasant ride. I tried riding more of the internal trails than normal and it looks like I could get around 10 miles from this section if I did all of them in one ride. My anaerobic tolerance is absolutely shot and I figure I need to fit in at least two rides weekly to have any chance of recovery. Night riding isn’t allowed in this park for some reason so fitting in a midweek ride means taking time off in the afternoon.
