Fife Coastal Path - Crail to Anstruther

I finally took SurPug out for a morning ride.  The Fife Coastal Path is a gem for walking, running and riding.  It's fairly flat with a few small bumps, twists and rocky patches thrown in for a challenge.  SurPug performed magnificently after his extended rest in St Andrews.

Himself against the path.  The path is pretty hard and dry after weeks of no rain so easy to ride.  The weather here is bright and sunny with a stiff easterly breeze keeping things cool in the mid 50sF

Crail is an idealic old fishing village in the East Neuk of Fife.  We are staying in a cottage looking out on the harbor.  It's part of the collection of white buildings in the center of the picture below.  Both pictures below show the rock formations that are typical for this part of the world...ancient deposits heaved up and onto their sides.
