Everything seems brown today

It started with this view as I took a break from saving the world and wandered around the house.  I think this was around mid-day but the total cloud cover seemed to render everything a drab brown.

Then I went for a short, local bike ride and the sense of brown dreariness was made worse by all of the fallen trees...and there are lots of them this year.

Drab brown aside, my short ride was great.  I really need to get back into the habit of riding two to three times each week.
