Home again in Bryn Mawr

We arrived home again today to slightly warmer weather than we'd had in Scotland but it didn't feel as if it was.  The garden survived with little obvious damage done except to the yellow day lilies which did not survive the deer.  This happens every year and it pees me off every time.

The Hydrangeas at the bottom of the garden behind the Adirondack chairs are looking resplendent this year.  The blooms can last a long time in the summer so we'll see how they turn out this year.
